I baked Hammy's birthday cake!

Today, June 27, is my big brother, Hammy's 9th Birthday!  As you can see, we threw him a carnival-themed birthday bash with matching habis from Hammy Too and Buttercup.  The day was filled with games, rides, a dunking machine, and of course, delicious food!  I surprised Hammy with a scrumptious 2-tiered birthday cake, and made him this tongue-in-cheek habi that is meant to resemble a Kit-Kat bar!  As you can see, we put on quite a show for our Hammy!

Summer is here!

As you can see, I'm celebrating the first official day of Summer (June 21) with a brand new living room!  My favorite part is the lovely view from the bay window!

Under the sea

Now that school is out for the Summer, it's time to hit the beach for some snorkeling!  One of my favorite songs is "Under the Sea" from Disney's The Little Mermaid.

The seaweed is always greener

In somebody else's lake

You dream about going up there

In addition to inviting you to join us under the sea, Mommy and I also want to wish all the dads out there a very Happy Father's Day.  This year is extra special because it is my Uncle Jeff's (Mommy's brother) very first Father's Day!

Farmer's Market

One of my favorite things to do over the weekend is go to the local Farmer's Market!  As you can see, I love bringing home fresh apples, tomatoes, watermelon, corn, fish, carrots, and peppers!  Delicious!

Happy Memorial Day!

Happy Memorial Day!  This year is extra special because we flew home to visit our family (and met my baby cousin, Zoe, for the first time!)!

Prayers for Oklahoma

Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, families, and the community of Moore, Oklahoma, in the aftermath of Monday's devastating tornado.  Mommy and I made this habi as a tribute to the victims and brave citizens who put their lives on the line to save others.

Summer vacation

Yay, school's out and I'm super excited about the Summer vacation!  As you can see, I've been busy cultivating my garden, where I have planted some of my favorite flowers: ­tulips, daffodils, lilies, and daisies!  Please feel free to stop by!
