Dreaming of Japan

Here's my Japanese room!  Although I have never been to Japan, someday, I hope to visit. When Mommy was a little girl, she and her family lived in Japan for a few months.  She said it's a beautiful country and to give me an idea, she helped me design this room.

Goodbye Summer...Hello Fall!

Not only is today a beautiful day, but it is also the first official day of Autumn!  To kick off the new season, I'm throwing a little party at my cottage, and am inviting everyone over for some freshly baked pie and home-grown fruits and vegetables!  

After school fun

Schools out for the day, which can only mean one thing...playtime!  As you can see, my friends and I spent the afternoon riding bikes and selling freshly-squeezed lemonade to our neighbors!  And just for fun, I made myself a flower necklace!  Afterwards, of course, I will be sure to get in some study time!
